Wrap the tape around your upper back, under your arms and across the fullest part of your chest. Keep it straight and firm, not tight.
Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your waist (above your belly button and below your ribs). Keep the tape firm but comfortable.
Hips
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat, making sure it sits level all the way around.
