The CADENCE RUFFLE TIE TOP in a gorgeous Bellagio print has the right amount of volume and proportion. Made from a Rayon/Viscose blend and cut for a loose fit, the double tie front can be worn closed or loosely tied and is edged with a soft ruffle. The statement sleeves form a balloon silhouette from above the elbow and can be cinched at the wrist.
